Welcome to PixFix LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. We provide digital photo restoration, colorization, and repair services. We do not provide physical printing unless explicitly stated in a custom quote.
Intellectual property & ownership

- You warrant that you own the copyright to the original image or have obtained explicit permission from the copyright holder to have the image restored. The image does not contain illegal or prohibited material.
- You agree to indemnify and hold PixFix LLC harmless from any claims of copyright infringement or legal disputes arising from the restoration of your submitted photos.
- By submitting an image, you grant PixFix LLC a non-exclusive license to modify and restore the image for your use. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the restored digital file for personal use. PixFix LLC retains the rights to the specific digital edits performed.
Marketing and portfolio use
To showcase the quality of our craftsmanship, PixFix reserves the right to use “Before and After” versions of your restored images for marketing purposes.

- By using this service, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to display your project on our website, social media, and advertising materials.
- If you wish to keep your photo(s) private, you must opt-out by notifying us in writing at contact@pixfix.net at the time of your order.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to original digital files. We recommend you keep backups of all images sent to us. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Payments and refunds
Due to the labor-intensive nature of digital art, all sales are final once the high-resolution final file is delivered. We guarantee our products and services. We offer three (3) rounds of revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the result. If you are unsatisfied with our work for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make it right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA and any disputes shall be resolved as prescribed by these laws.
