Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how PixFix LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data to comply with CCPA, GDPR and Michigan law.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email, and phone number when you place an order, along with the photos you upload for restoration. All payment information is processed via a third-party processor (including Venmo, Zelle®, PayPal).
How we use your data
-
- We use your information to process and fulfill your restoration order; communicate with you regarding your project; and showcase our work (see “Marketing and portfolio use” in our Terms of Service).

How we protect your data
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and they are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, address, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
If you are outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ. We apply reasonable safeguards consistent with GDPR requirements.
