Welcome to PixFix LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and our digital photo restoration services (the “Services”) including digital restoration of both photos and documents. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide professional digital photo restoration and enhancement services based on images submitted by customers electronically. All restorations are artistic and subjective in nature. Results may vary depending on the quality, condition, and content of the original image. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or aesthetic preference.
Intellectual property & ownership

- You warrant that you own the copyright to the original image or have obtained explicit permission from the copyright holder to have the image restored. The image does not contain illegal or prohibited material.
- You agree to indemnify and hold PixFix LLC harmless from any claims of copyright infringement or legal disputes arising from the restoration of your submitted photos.
- By submitting an image, you grant PixFix LLC a non-exclusive license to modify and restore the image for your use. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the restored digital file for personal use. You retain ownership of the final restored images delivered to you. PixFix LLC retains ownership of our restoration techniques, workflows, and proprietary methods. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to original digital files. We recommend you keep backups of all images sent to us.
Marketing and portfolio use
To showcase the quality of our craftsmanship, PixFix reserves the right to use “Before and After” versions of your restored images for marketing purposes.

- By using this service, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to display your project on our website, social media, and in advertising materials.
- No names, captions, or identifying details will be included. You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us at contact@pixfix.net. Revocation applies to future use only; previously published materials may remain where removal is not reasonably possible.
- If you wish to keep your photo(s) private, you must opt-out by notifying us in writing at contact@pixfix.net at the time of your order.
Payments and refunds
Due to the labor-intensive nature of digital art, all sales are final once the high-resolution final file is delivered. We guarantee our products and services. Payment is due upon your approval of final digital proofs. We offer three (3) rounds of revisions to ensure you are happy with the result. If you are unsatisfied with our work for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make it right. Any turnaround times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to complexity, workload, or technical issues.
Data Protection & CCPA and GDPR
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the CCPA users for California and GDPR for users located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom.
By using our services, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in the United States.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA and any disputes shall be resolved in Michigan courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
